In honour of our Wild Salmon and the celebrated return of Sockeye and all spawning Salmon; we make a call to join in the cause to ensure that we have this precious resource for generations.
Local and indigenous Artists of all types (including painters, fashion designers, photographers, body artists, videographers, comics, radio personalities) collaborate in a number of special events that are inspired by our love for Wild Salmon and the First Nations story of the ‘Salmon Woman’. Funds raised will go towards Wild Salmon activism projects led by salmonaresacred.org and wildernesscommittee.org
